The following criteria needs to be met in order to be eligible for the admission process:
Step 1: To get considered for the first stage shortlisting process, the candidate must score a minimum required sectional and overall percentile in the CAT exam.
Step 2: Candidates who are shortlisted are required to appear for Group discussion, Personal Interview and Extempore rounds. The final selection is done by taking into consideration the cumulative performance in CAT exam as well as the GD-PI-Extempore rounds.
Step 3: After the GD-PI-Extempore round, final admission offers are made by FMS Delhi to all the successful candidates. All the candidates are required to fulfil the formal proceedings if they wish to get admitted into FMS, Delhi.
An additional 3% of the aggregate marks shall be awarded to the women candidates who appear for the interview while realizing the merit list.
For the last 3 years, FMS has also included the sectional cut-offs as per the weightage. Furthermore, going by the past year’s pattern, a candidate with a high sectional percentile score of 97+ in CAT 2021 has been shortlisted as per the sectional weightage criteria.
